2. Payments & Billing

All invoices must be paid by the due date listed.

Late payments may result in paused or delayed services.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Monthly retainers are billed in advance.

Additional services beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate business information

Supply timely access to assets (photos, logins, branding materials, etc.)

Approve content within required timelines

Comply with platform advertising policies (Google, Meta, etc.)

We are not liable for delays caused by missing or incomplete client information.

4. Content Ownership

All content created by Maestro Media & Marketing Agency remains our intellectual property until the invoice is fully paid.

After full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client.

Raw files (project files, unedited footage, working files) remain the property of Maestro unless separately purchased.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital and marketing services, all completed services, retainers, and strategy sessions are non-refundable.
Cancellation of monthly services requires 14–30 days written notice depending on the contract.

6. Results Disclaimer

Marketing results vary by industry, competition, budget, and platform performance.
We do not guarantee:

Specific sales numbers

Ad performance results

Lead quality

Follower counts or engagement metrics

We guarantee delivery of the agreed-upon services, strategy, and execution.

7. Limitation of Liability

Maestro Media & Marketing Agency is not liable for:

Platform outages (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)

Account shutdowns due to client policy violations

Loss of revenue, leads, or opportunities

Third-party software errors (emails, domains, CRMs, hosting, etc.)

8. Privacy

Your information is collected to provide services, communicate with you, and send updates. This is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our services or website means you accept any changes.
